Micro G is a foam technology developed by Under Armour to be lighter, lower, bouncier, and stronger. It is about 30% thinner than standard foams, which decreases the overall weight of a shoe and offers lower-to-the-ground responsiveness. Being lower to the ground gives a better feel for whats underfoot, and it enhances the ability to change direction more quickly. Micro G also is known as a high-rebound, low-compression set foam. High reboundmeans it is bouncier and more responsive underfoot. This can increase the ability to elevate when jumping and returns energy to your legs when running. Low compression means its much stronger and more resilient than other foams, which will keep the feet cushioned longer. Under Armour has described Micro G as The end of old-school foam cushioning. Its practically weightless and incredibly low to the ground, which gives you quickness. Lethal quickness.
Pattern consists of parallel zigzag lines. Provides excellent grip in all directions when it comes to a quick stop, start or turn off. Mostly used for basketball and tennis shoes intended.
